Shipping: Depending on the circumstance, I might choose to ship the item via a different method then stated as long as it still arrives in a timely manner.
Return Policy: If an item is damaged or broken via shipping I will be able to do an exchange if I have a replacement. You will need to contact me via e-mail within 5 days of the delivery date to make replacement arrangements. This does not include the retail packaging of the item, only the item itself. If an electronic item is defective then you will need to contact the manufacturer. Regardless of the situation, shipping fees will not be refunded.
Note on Returns on Webkinz: I will not accept any returns on Webkinz due to the nature of the one time use code on the animal.
Note on Returns on Seasonal Items: Returns are not available on Seasonal Items. All Sales are Final.
